PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Our ECS DV Spacer was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modelling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT

Our ECS DV Spacers are easy to install thanks to a cleverly engineered dovetail-cut O-ring groove that retains both sealing rings and symmetrical alignment holes for quick installation. No need to place the DV spacer any particular direction. Simply place our spacer onto the DV flange and re-install your original DV solenoid atop the spacer with the included longer hardware.
