Upgrading to the performance intercooler alone results in a significant improvement. However, when paired with the charge pipe kit, the performance gains become even more substantial. The do88 charge pipes offer considerably better airflow and durability compared to OEM components.

The intercooler in this BigPack features a massive 97mm thick core manufactured by Garrett, rated for up to 1000hp. It is engineered for maximum airflow and reduced intake temperatures, making it an excellent fit for high-performance and track applications. The intercooler core uses advanced aerospace technology for efficient heat transfer, while custom-designed end tanks ensure even airflow distribution across the core. The 80mm machined hose connections significantly outperform the OEM's 70mm size, eliminating airflow bottlenecks and ensuring substantial performance improvements, regardless of the vehicle's current configuration.

The included charge pipe kit complements and enhances the performance of the do88 intercooler. Unlike the OEM charge pipes, which include several inefficient bends and lack a performance-optimized design, the do88 charge pipes are significantly larger and fully flow-optimized—resulting in 31% greater flow compared to OEM.

On the hot side (Turbo to Intercooler), the kit features a 70mm (2 ¾") mandrel-bent aluminum pipe, eliminating the restrictive flat section found on the OEM pipe. On the cold side (Intercooler to Throttle Body), the cast aluminum charge pipe runs uninterrupted from the throttle body down to the intercooler outlet. This pipe includes a large 86mm hose connection at the intercooler end (compared to the OEM’s 64mm), matching the 80mm connection on the do88 Performance Intercooler. It also includes two CNC-machined 1/8 NPT ports, ideal for methanol injection or boost pressure sensors.

All included hoses are reinforced with four layers to withstand high boost pressures and elevated temperatures. The hoses feature a stepped interior design at pipe junctions for smooth transitions and reduced turbulence. High-strength hose clamps ensure a secure, leak-free installation.
